Where do products ship from?
International warehouses, primarily Asia and our European warehouse. Most EU and UK orders ship from Europe for faster delivery.
Do you ship outside EU, UK, or Switzerland?
Not currently. We focus on EU, UK, and Swiss customers.
Why is delivery so long?
We ship from international warehouses to keep prices low. Allow 7–18 business days depending on your region. Faster shipping isn't available on this catalogue — for express delivery, larger retailers like Notino are better suited.
Are you the manufacturer?
No. We're an independent retailer that curates beauty tools and accessories from international makers. Manufacturing details are on each product page where available.
What materials are your gua sha tools made of?
Genuine semi-precious stones — rose quartz, jade, amethyst, obsidian, and bian stone. We don't use plastic substitutes.
How do I clean my gua sha or roller?
Warm water and gentle soap after each use. Pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or hard surfaces — these are stones, they can chip.
Do your tools have health benefits?
We don't make medical claims. Gua sha and rollers are traditional tools used for daily face and body massage routines. Whether you find them beneficial is your experience to discover.
Why don't you sell creams or serums?
Cosmetic products with active ingredients require regulatory compliance (CPNP, ingredient testing, responsible-person registration in the EU) that's not realistic for a small independent retailer. We focus on what we can stand behind.
Why no electric devices?
Electric beauty devices that touch the skin require certification (CE, EMC, sometimes medical-device approval). Our catalogue is mechanical only — no batteries, no plugs, no health claims.
Can I cancel my order?
