If something has gone wrong with your order, here's what we cover and how to reach us.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item — we'll refund or replace at no cost. Email zoraskin.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within one business day.
Order didn't arrive
If your tracking shows no movement for 21+ days or the package is marked lost, we'll resend or refund. Contact us with your order number.
EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal
Per EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email zoraskin.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Swiss customers — statutory warranty
Per Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff.), you have a 2-year warranty on goods sold. If a product is defective on arrival, we replace or refund.
What we don't cover
Outside of damaged, defective, wrong, or lost items — and outside the EU statutory withdrawal window — we cannot offer refunds or returns. International return shipping is impractical for the products we sell, and our prices reflect that.
