Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We do not currently ship outside these regions.

Shipping rates

• Free on orders over €50 / CHF 50
• €4.99 / CHF 4.99 flat rate, under €50 / CHF 50

Delivery times

• EU & UK — 7–14 business days, often faster from our European warehouse
• Switzerland — 10–18 business days (customs adds time)

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within an hour.

Customs & duties

Swiss customers may incur import VAT and customs fees on delivery. These are set by Swiss customs and are the recipient's responsibility. EU and UK orders ship duty-paid where possible.

Delays

International shipping has occasional delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of order, contact us — we'll resend or refund.
